1. Within the scope of the property inherited from the net F, to the Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant B, KRW 5,403,139 and its amount.
Reasons
1. Determination as to claims against Defendant B, C, D, and E
A. The facts of recognition [based on recognition: Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, Eul evidence No. 1, and the purport of the whole pleadings] (1) The plaintiff extended F with the maturity of June 5, 2015 at the rate of 11% per annum; and 20 million won per annum on July 4, 2016. The principal of the loan as of July 4, 2016 remains 16,209,418 won.
(2) On June 5, 2016, F died on June 5, 2016 (hereinafter “F”), and Defendant C, D, and E, the spouse of which is Defendant B, D, and E, and their inheritance ratio is 3:2:2.
