A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a CK7 car.
On February 8, 2015, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.078% of alcohol concentration in blood, and proceeded with the two-lane road of 775 degrees in front of the 775 degrees in common in Yang-si, Goi-ro, Goi-ro, Goi-si, Goi-si, Goi-si, Agricultural Bank of Korea.
