) N on January 8, 1982, the land of this case was disposed of on November 26, 1987, and sold the land to AF on November 26, 1987.

3) On January 8, 1982, N was subject to a disposition of replotting on the land No. 2, and sold the land to AG on August 14, 1989. 4) Defendant H sold the land to AH on January 8, 1982, subject to a disposition of replotting on the land No. 3, which was subject to a disposition of replotting on the land No. 3, and sold the land above to AH on May 7, 1987.

5 Defendant H completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the completion of redemption under Article 2 of the Act on Special Measures for the Transfer, etc. of Farmland Ownership on December 19, 1962 with respect to the land of this case on December 19, 1962.

C. 1 Defendant Republic of Korea is Busan on December 12, 1975, concerning the legal relationship of the land No. 5 of this case.
