The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
According to the records, even if the Defendant filed an appeal against the lower judgment on February 13, 2014 and received the notification of the receipt of the trial record from this court on February 24, 2014, the Defendant did not submit the grounds for appeal within 20 days from the submission deadline of the legitimate grounds for appeal.
In addition, the grounds for appeal shall not be indicated in the petition of appeal, and the grounds for ex officio investigation shall not be found in the record.
The defendant's appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 361-4 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
