1. The defendant received on March 21, 1998 from the Daegu District Court about 20,113 square meters of the forest land in Busan Metropolitan City.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Around March 1998, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 5 million from the Defendant and completed a provisional registration stated in the order of Paragraph (1) as a collateral to the Defendant; however, since the Plaintiff paid the above loan thereafter, the Plaintiff sought the cancellation of the provisional registration. 2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
