1. It shall be put up for an auction an auction of the 5m2 in Busan Seo-gu, and the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the price shall be attached.
The Plaintiff and Defendant D are recorded with the evidence No. 1, and the remaining Defendants are recognized as having completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with the share ratio indicated in the attached Form’s co-ownership list with respect to the Plaintiff and the Defendants with respect to the 5m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) of Busan Seo-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant land”).
Since the land of this case is not less than five square meters and cannot be divided in kind, it is deemed that the remaining amount after deducting the auction cost from the auction cost is distributed to the plaintiff and the defendants according to the share ratio.
