1. The Defendants deliver to the Plaintiff each of the relevant real estate listed in the separate sheet.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

Reasons

In fact, the Plaintiff is a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project association established to implement a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project by making the land size of 40,404m2 in Gyeyang-gu Tyang-gu as a project implementation district (hereinafter “project implementation district of this case”). The Defendants are the persons leased and occupied each of the relevant real estate specified in the attached list in the project implementation district of this case.

On November 5, 2007, the Governor of the Gyeonggi-do after the implementation of the project shall plan the improvement of residential environment, expansion of infrastructure, and recovery of urban functions in underdeveloped areas in a wide area, and implement them systematically and efficiently. In order to promote the balanced development of new and old cities, the Gyeonggi-do Governor designated the area of the previous urban renewal acceleration district as the W urban renewal acceleration district pursuant to Article 5 (1) of the former Special Act on the Promotion of Urban Renewal (amended by Act No. 10761, May 30, 201; hereinafter “former Urban Renewal Act”) and publicly announced the designation as X of Gyeonggi-do. The Yangyang-si Mayor established the urban renewal acceleration plan on the W urban renewal acceleration district and applied for the renewal acceleration decision to the Governor of the Gyeonggi-do on February 13, 2010, the Governor of the Gyeonggi-do announced the previous urban renewal acceleration district as the area of the urban renewal acceleration district in the Gyeonggi-do, and the Plaintiff’s urban renewal acceleration district as the area of the renewal acceleration district (hereinafter “A urban renewal acceleration district”).

The Governor of the Gyeonggi-do, while rendering the instant promotion plan determination disposition, has reached 51.1% (45 - 8 - total buildings within the district) of old and inferior buildings in A, and also the Z zone.
