1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

The Plaintiff asserts that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with a total of KRW 47,456,000 by July 20, 2016, and sought the payment of the price for the goods. However, the written evidence Nos. 1 and 2 alone is insufficient to acknowledge the fact that the supply relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant was established, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
