The plaintiff is the representative director of C Co., Ltd. which produces telecommunications instruments parts.

On January 2014, the Plaintiff joined the Internet carpet “D” (hereinafter “instant club”) and became a member of the instant club through the offline group.

On July 1, 2014, around 9:00 a.m., the Defendant made a telephone conversation with E, which is a member of the instant club, and “A, F, E, E, E, and E, women, respectively. The same shall apply to what they go to. A and F individually. A and F, and two people whom they wish not to go to go to.” In other words, at around 3:00 p.m., the Defendant made a telephone conversation with G, in which the member of the instant club was friendly with the Plaintiff as the president of the Plaintiff as the customer of the Plaintiff, and at least 3:00 p.m., the Defendant made a telephone conversation with the Plaintiff, and “A president is F and private rights.” In addition, the Defendant did not state that “I president is prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prone, prof, prof, prof, prof, and prof.”

The Defendant, upon the Plaintiff’s accusation, received a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as Suwon District Court Decision 2014 High Court Decision 17819, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 in Suwon District Court Decision 2014 High Court Decision 3280, Apr. 29, 2015.

On the other hand, around July 3, 2014, the Defendant found the Plaintiff’s wife and concluded that her husband has winded. From July 9, 2014 to July 12, 2014, the Defendant discussed that the Plaintiff would provide the Plaintiff’s wife with winding evidence.

As above, the defendant's expression of false facts to E or G constitutes a tort by impairing the plaintiff's reputation, and even though it is difficult to recognize the possibility of spreading the same fact to the plaintiff's wife, it is difficult to recognize it.
