A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
A. The Defendant is the father of the victimized child B (the age of 13) and C (the age of 11).
1. On October 201 to November 11, 2017, the Defendant made intimidation between the Defendant and the victimized children from around October 2017 to around November 201 of the same year, by putting in the ward B B B B B B a knife on the ground that the victimized children did not adjust the Defendant’s symptoms **** on the ground that the victimized children did not put in the ward, and knife B a knife “it may be killed................, the Defendant made intimidation to C who continued to observe it.”
Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of victimized children.
2. On February 25, 2018, at the same place as Paragraph 1, paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the Defendant that he/she concealed le and toy; (b) “B, even if she did not dispose of le and toys, she did not do so”; and (c) made a false statement to the Defendant, “B,” the Defendant’s defect in the clause “B,” and the knife, which is an object dangerous to B; and (d) threatened C that was next to it, “Is off unless you do so.”
Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of victimized children.
3. Accordingly, the defendant inflicts bodily injury on the victimized children.
