A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (Egress after accidents).
On July 8, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.196% during blood transfusion, and led the front road in front of the Gyeonggi-ju to the unification from the right side on the street.

2. On July 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a three-dimensional car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.196% alcohol concentration from the 700-meter section from the front of a cafeteria in the trade name in rith to the C front Road at the Priju on July 8, 2017.
