Reasons

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including branch numbers in the case of additional numbers), the plaintiff and the defendants shared 1/4 shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and the agreement on the method of partition as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet is not reached between the plaintiff and the defendants.
