1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 28, 2008, the deceased E (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, setting the insured himself, the beneficiary’s heir, the monthly insurance premium of KRW 26,400, the 20-year payment period, and the 80-year payment and the 80-year payment period, respectively. (hereinafter “the instant insurance contract”).
According to the above contract, the insured person (insured) is entitled to pay 50,000,000 won when he/she dies due to a disaster other than a traffic accident during the insurance period.
B. The terms and conditions applicable to the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “instant terms and conditions”) are as follows.
Article 20 (1) The Company may terminate this contract at the same time as it does not pay insurance money or exempt the payment of insurance money if the cause for the payment of insurance money is issued in any of the following cases:
