1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 800,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from December 3, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on December 3, 2014, lent KRW 800,000,000 to the Defendant at the interest rate of 18% per annum. As such, the Plaintiff seeking payment of the said principal and interest.
2. Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable Act;
