1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 22, 2008 to October 1, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

A judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That with respect to interest in arrears, Article 2(2) of the Addenda to Article 2(2) of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), the former interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015; and 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, which is the interest rate under the amended provisions, shall apply, respectively, pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 2653).
