1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 with 15% per annum on May 31, 2019 and with full payment from the following day.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, May 31, 2019, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, recognize only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and dismiss the exceeding part.
