The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

The defendant is between the victim B (n, 19 years of age) and the sexual intercourse.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On January 1, 2020, between 19:00 and 20:00, the Defendant taken video images without the victim’s consent, within the mutual influenite tele room located in Bupyeong-si C, by using the camera function of smartphone owned by the Defendant.

B. On January 1, 2020, at around 14:00, the Defendant taken video images without the consent of the victim, using the Defendant’s Kamer functions of smartphones owned by the Defendant, within the residence of the Defendant, who is located in the D building E, in the middle of 14:00.

C. Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of the victim, which could cause a sense of sexual humiliation over twice, against the victim’s will.

2. The defendant of intimidation, upon the victim's request for a separate judgment, sent a photograph of a screen image to which the victim's known body was recorded, in order to threaten the victim by sending it.

항 기재 장소에서 페이스북 메신저를 통하여 피해자에게 위와 같이 동영상 촬영한 피해자의 알몸을 캡처한 사진을 전송하면서 “와 전 남친 만나네, 미친년이냐진짜 넌ㅈ댔어쌍년아. 니남친도보라고 내가 친절히 보내줬으니 가서 나한테 배운거 잘하고. 헤어질래 만나서하고 지울래 남친보여줄래.”라는 내용의 메시지를 전송하고, 같은 날 08:04경 “내일까지 헤어지고 나한테 말한거처럼 공부나쳐해ㅈ같게하지말고. 일크게 만들기 싫으면 헤어지라했어. 나 잃을것도 없고 걍다좆같으니까 니알아서해라.”라는 내용의 문자메시지를 보내고, 위와 같이 동영상 촬영한 피해자의 알몸을 캡처한 사진을 전송하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
