1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On June 201, 201, YOco Co., Ltd. entered into a membership agreement with the Defendant, setting a five-year membership fee of KRW 300 million, and setting a five-year membership period, with the Defendant’s membership fee of KRW 300 million, and paid KRW 300 million to the Defendant on June 22, 201.
B. On June 30, 2014, the Plaintiff merged forest scam Co., Ltd.
C. Since the above membership period expired on June 2016, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.
