1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
On May 27, 2016, around 05:10, the Defendant possessed the pipes in the AB-PINACA (one-time medication), which were previously possessed by the Defendant, in the D vehicle operating Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, by having E inhale the pipes, which are equivalent to one-time medication (one-time medication).

2. On March 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) informed of the victim H (29 years of age) around the entrance of the fifth floor of “G” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) before the victim H (29 years of age), he was able to put the victim into his own house, and (c) I and francs; and (d) the Defendant’s female-friendly job offers francs.
