Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:20 on May 17, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) reported that the unmanned security system is operated while opening a window behind the building and searching for stolen objects by intrusioning upon the victim D’s “E” in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si.
As above, the Defendant attempted to steals another’s property by destroying and damaging a part of a structure at night, and then attempted to steals another’s property from the attempted attempt until July 14, 2013, including, but not limited to, the attempted theft of another’s property from around five occasions, as stated in the attached list of crimes.

On July 14, 2013, around 01:35, the Defendant sustained injury by robbery, while carrying a prompt name, cut machine, etc. in order to steal property in “G” beauty room located in “G”, which is located in “G” in “G”, Sim-si, Sim-si, and invaded the second floor beauty room in front of the entrance through stairs.
When the Defendant continued to destroy the above entrance and steals the property, and was discovered to the victim H (the age of 21) who returned home on the third floor of the above building, the Defendant escaped about about 200 meters to the parking lot of the J bank I located on the racing-si.
