1. It includes the plaintiffs' claims stated in the [Attachment 1-1] Supplementary Appellants expanded or reduced in the trial.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants were members of the Daegu Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association as companies running urban bus transportation business, and the Plaintiffs were employed by the bus companies listed in the separate sheet No. 1-1 or the corresponding “Defendant” in the separate sheet No. 1-2 as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1-1 and work as urban bus driver during the period from February 1, 2007 to January 31, 2010, and were the former members or their successors. 2) after February 1, 2007 among the Plaintiffs, the Defendants retired from the Defendants company after February 1, 2007 from the separate sheet No. 1-4 as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1-4 “the retirement date” column.

From among the plaintiffs, 13 persons, such as ZW, AAH, ACT, AFA, AIP, AKJ, AOB, AOS, QE, AS, ATS, ATR, AT, and AUC, were dead during the course of the lawsuit in this case, and the persons listed in the separate sheet in the separate sheet or the separate sheet No. 1-1 and each “Plaintiff” in the separate sheet No. 1-2 shall inherit the property according to their respective statutory inheritance shares.

B. The main contents of the collective agreement and wage agreement are the labor relationship between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants was determined as a collective agreement and wage agreement concluded between the Daegu Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association, which is the employers’ association to which the Defendants belong and the Daegu Bus Branch, which is the employees’ organization to which the Plaintiffs belong. The main contents of the collective agreement and wage agreement from 2007 to 2009 (hereinafter “each collective agreement and wage agreement of this case”) are as follows.

[No. 1, 2, 3, 9 (including paper numbers). 1) The work system and the work hours system shall be 2 teaching hours per day, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 24 days per month, and 24 days per month’s actual work day (22 days per month’s basic work day) and, in principle, 1 day’s paid leave. The work hours shall be 8 hours per day’s basic work, 1 hours per week’s basic work, 40 hours per week’s basic work, 5 hours per week’s overtime work (1 hour per day), and 5 hours per month’s overtime work.
