A. The defendant entered the Republic of Korea around May 31, 2004 and reported the marriage with D on September 3, 2008, but did not acquire the nationality.

B. From October 201 to February 2012, the Defendant performed the work of changing the status of stay to those who enter China in the E office of a licensed administrative agent from October 201 to February 2012.

C. On Aug. 2010, Plaintiff A entered Korea, and became aware of the Defendant’s introduction, and upon the Plaintiff’s recommendation, Plaintiff B became aware of the same work.

B, on March 23, 2011, respectively, lent the proposal to the Defendant on March 23, 201, and March 31, 2011.

E. On May 20, 201, Plaintiff A lent to the Defendant on May 26, 2011, the 100,000 ceiling from China, in cash, on May 20, 201, on the grounds that the Defendant was related to the dispatch of the said manpower.

F. The plaintiff A recruited 3 China and received 185,000 bills at the expense of issuance of visa, and the plaintiff B recruited 7 China and delivered 331,000 bills to each defendant at the expense of issuance of visa, but the defendant failed to issue visa.

The defendant did not return the above money to the above 10 persons, and used part of the money for the establishment cost of investment company as the above purpose, and used the remaining 250,000 bills for the repayment of the debt amounting to above 331,000 won against the plaintiff B.

G. Of the above 331,00 bills, the Defendant paid to Plaintiff B additional 50,000 bills in addition to the above 250,000 bills, and prepared a loan certificate stating that all of them will return when Plaintiff B’s additional 70,000 bills are added to the 70,000 bills borrowed from Plaintiff B by September 2012.

H. After that, when the defendant returned from China to Korea, he left the former passport, identification card, etc. to the plaintiff A and created a new passport for the birth year.
