1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall:
A. Each real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Schedule A to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).
1. Determination as to the main claim
(a) The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition do not conflict between the Parties, or may be admitted by adding to the whole purport of the pleadings, each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 7 (including paper numbers).
(1) Plaintiff A is the owner of each real estate listed in [Attachment] No. 1 and 3, and Plaintiff B is the owner of each real estate listed in [Attachment] No. 2.
(2) (A) On March 25, 2014, Plaintiff A and the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on March 25, 2014, KRW 40,000,000 for the lease deposit and KRW 2,200,00 for the lease deposit until March 30, 2015 (including additional tax; hereinafter the same shall apply), and KRW 2,420,00 for March 31, 2015, from March 31, 2017, KRW 2,640,00 for the last day of each month, and the expiration date of each month, from March 31, 2014 to March 30, 2019, the lease agreement may be terminated at a rate of two or more times, and the lease agreement may be terminated at a rate of overdue interest.
(B) On March 25, 2014, Plaintiff A and the Defendant listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table list (hereinafter “instant commercial building E”) with respect to the real estate (hereinafter “instant commercial building E”), KRW 30,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,200,000 until March 30, 2015, KRW 2,420,000 from March 31, 2015, and KRW 2,640,000 from March 31, 2017, and the rent of KRW 2,640,000 from March 31, 201, and the last day of each month, the lease period from March 31, 2014 to March 30, 2019, the lessor may terminate the lease if two or more times are overdue, and the overdue interest at the rate of 20% per annum may be added.
(C) On March 25, 2014, Plaintiff B and the Defendant indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant commercial building F”), with respect to the real estate (hereinafter “instant commercial building F”), KRW 30,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,200,000 until March 30, 2015, KRW 2,420,000 from March 31, 2015, and KRW 2,640,000 from March 31, 2017, and the rent of KRW 2,640,000 from March 31, 2017, and the last day of each month for the rent of KRW 30,00,00 from March 31, 201, and the last day of March 31, 2014.
