However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. From around 01:30 on July 10, 2020 to around 02:0 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) in the vicinity of the “C Burial in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) during the period when the victim D was diving from the events, the Defendant: (c) 1 sheet 50,000 won of the victim’s market price; (d) 1 sheet 500,000 won of the victim’s ownership; (e) 2 sheet 10,000 won of the department store; and (e) 70,000 won of the market price; and (e) 80,000 won of the market price of Samsung Ggal, which is equivalent to KRW 39,98,70 of the market price; and (e) 800,000 won of the market price of Samsung Ggal, which is equivalent to KRW 9,000,00 of the market price.

In addition, from July 2019 to October 17, 2020, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property equivalent to 14,894,700 won in total over 14 times, such as the daily list of crimes (thief) in attached Form 14.

2. On August 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the F (Credit Card Number G) lost by the victim E in the vicinity of the 365 large distance station underground according to the sanct of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it on his/her own idea that he/she had.

In addition, from August 2019 to November 2020, the Defendant embezzled possession of the victims of the U.S. at the market price 18 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (Embezzlement of possession) in attached Form 1.
