1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,230,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 27, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by service by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article 208(3)3 of the same Act.
