1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 54,374,264 and KRW 32,437,660 among them, from December 9, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is regarded as ‘defendant', and ‘debtor' is regarded as ‘defendant'.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
