1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 35,770,111 won and 34,99,339 won among them, from June 28, 2006 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(4) In light of the above legal principles, “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed as “Plaintiff” and “Defendant” and “Defendant”, and “C5,770,110 won” in the conclusion of paragraph (6) shall be deemed as “35,770,111,” respectively.
