Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for damage to public goods at the Jung-gu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gansung Vocational Training Correctional Institution on July 16, 2015.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:15, on the ground that at the D Hospital located in Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, the victim E (the victim E (the age of 26) who is a prime official and employee of the D Hospital would be infinite; (b) the Defendant made a main macker pipe (1 meter in length) which is dangerous outside the above D Hospital, and hacks the victim’s clothes one time, with a hacker and hack pipe, and pushed the victim’s left shoulder.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
2. Damage to public goods;
A. On August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:15, 2015, at the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu civil petition office for viewing 210, Seocheon-gu; (b) on the ground that the Defendant did not receive a civil petition regarding the matters that the Defendant had been in front of viewing news reporting block prior to viewing, the Defendant was at the house of the Pung-gu.
