The defendant, around August 21, 2007, by deceiving G, H, and I, who is the guarantor, and caused them to prepare a guarantee certificate that the defendant purchases the forest land from D clan on May 20, 195 and actually owns it during that time, and on August 22, 2007, after applying for issuance of a false confirmation certificate with the above guarantee certificate attached, to the head of Masung-gun on January 21, 2008, after requesting the issuance of a false confirmation certificate from the head of Masung-gun on February 18, 2008, after obtaining a confirmation certificate from the head of Masung-gun District Court on February 18, 2008, by using a false confirmation certificate issued as above, the registration public official whose name is not known by using the above false confirmation certificate to the defendant on May 20, 195 in relation to the forest of this case.
