Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty of coercion among the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and there was no error by misapprehending the legal principles as to the legitimate reasons in relation to coercion, mistake of facts, and mistake of law, as alleged in

Meanwhile, the Defendant also appealed on the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no ground of objection against the petition of appeal and the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
