The government-funded "workplace skill development training" is conducted for workers to acquire and improve their ability to perform their duties. ① The training institution provides the Ministry of Employment and Labor with the curriculum, schedule, place, etc. and obtains approval for the education and training course; ② the contract with the company is entered into with the Ministry of Employment and Labor; ③ the company reported to conduct the education and training to the employees belonging to the company under the contract with the Ministry of Employment and Labor; ④ the company completed the education and training at least 80% of the total education and training hours according to the education and training schedule reported to be conducted by the employees belonging to the company; ⑤ the Labor Agency for Human Resources Development of Korea
