A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Criminal facts
1. Around 14:24 March 19, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), made a video recording of the victim’s panty panty, etc. over 68 times in total, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, by setting the victim’s panty panty, etc. in a way that he/she works in the Defendant’s cell phone camera B, and opens his/her cell phone panty panty on a day-to-day string in a way that he/she takes the victim’s panty panty, etc. under the victim’s name unfortude, the Defendant taken the victim’s panty panty, etc.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.
2. Around September 21, 2019, the Defendant entered a place for sexual purpose in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, etc. of Sexual Crimes with a view to photographing a face-to-face page in the public toilets for male and female business in D apartment buildings in the Macheon-si, the Defendant taken the image of the Defendant’s cell phone camera, such as No. 68 of the annexed Table No. 1954, in which he/she is viewed as a cellphone.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public use places such as toilets with a view to meeting his sexual desire.
