1. The defendant shall pay 5,827,400 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 13, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: 180,00 won for expenses incurred in the purchase of CCTVs, 647,400 won for the purchase of CCTVs, the details and degree of the defendant's tort, relationship with the plaintiff, and degree of the plaintiff's mental suffering, which shall be recognized within the extent of KRW 5,827,40 in total as damages for emotional distress, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed.
