1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 6, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff’s total amount of loans of KRW 35 million and damages for delay as of September 26, 2012, October 19, 2012, and February 8, 2013, and KRW 10 million as of February 22, 2015, and KRW 5 million as of December 22, 2015;
