1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of Crocketing cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).
On December 18, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.134% in blood at around 20:35, while driving the car at a speed of 0.134% in the influence of alcohol, and continued to the speed of the Defendant at which it is impossible to identify the ndheaded road of a sloping bank at the gire of a mountain gire located in the yellow groid of the south Yong-gun-gun.
At this point, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance due to the fact that the preceding vehicle driving the said bed road has a possibility of reducing or stopping the speed for entering the road from the strong dust to the abscison, and thus, a person engaged in driving the motor vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly prevent accidents in advance, because the front vehicle driving the said bed road has a duty of care.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the E-cracked car of the victim D(71) which was driven ahead of it due to the negligence that it was difficult for the Defendant to drive in a normal condition due to influence of drinking, and operated the e-cracked car at a late time, but did not avoid it, and received the part behind the cracked car by the Defendant as part of the front part of the car operated by the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim D and the victim F (the age of 54) who was on board the pertinent cruise car due to the occupational negligence as above, such as multiple scams that require treatment for about two weeks, respectively.
2. On December 18, 2015, Defendant 1 driven a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.134% from the 1km section of blood alcohol to the above gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gym gyms
