Reasons

After the defendant appeals against the lower judgment on October 26, 2012, he/she filed an appeal. On November 14, 2012, the fact that he/she did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date on which he/she received the notification of the receipt of the trial records and the notice of the appointment of a state appointed defense counsel on November 14, 2012 is apparent in the record, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it is impossible to find any grounds for ex officio examination on the record.
