The defendant is a person who drives a three-dimensional car as his duties.

On December 15, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.068% from blood transfusion around 02:00 on December 15, 2016, and was driving the franchising car on the front side of Seocheon-si D, thereby proceeding to Seoul on the Incheon side.
