Although the judgment of the court below is led to the confession and reflect of the defendant, the punishment of the defendant has been imposed several times due to the same kind of crime and the crime of a different kind of crime, the victim wants to punish the defendant, and other circumstances, such as the defendant's age, sex, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, which are conditions for sentencing, do not seem to be unfair because the court below's punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
