From January 2016, the Defendant worked as the head of the business division of the victim D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "victim D"), who is a corporation mainly engaged in the steel manufacturing business in Gwangju-si, and was in charge of the management of the release, etc. of the victim D products, and the victim F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "victim F," and the victim D and the victim F are referred to as "victim F," and the victim D and the victim F are referred to as "victims.").

In carrying out affairs related to the release, etc. of products of victimized companies, the Defendant had a duty to faithfully perform such affairs in consideration of the interests of victimized companies, and to arbitrarily modify or delete the details of the goods released without approval of the victimized companies.

1. On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from H and the chief executive director of the business division, the representative director of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) who is the victim F trading company; (b) to lower the sales unit price of steel products supplied by the victim F; (c) instead of lowering the sales unit price of individual steel products, the Defendant attempted to eliminate the details of the part of the steel products released to the KF trading company; or (d) to adjust weight of the steel products that the L and I demanded to pay to the victim F by reducing the sales unit price of the individual steel products.

Accordingly, the defendant at the above victim F office around January 13, 2016, despite the fact that the victim F Co., Ltd. supplied 3 tons of steel products (EG /k 590 won) to the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., at around that time, the victim F Co., Ltd. had access to the victim F's internal computer network and arbitrarily deleted the weight and sales details of the products already released without the victim F Co., Ltd's approval and supplied them to the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. 1.
