1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,128,224 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 12, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
The facts that the Plaintiff served as an employee belonging to the Defendant from March 10, 1999, and retired on June 27, 2014, the Defendant’s wage of 1,300,000 won that was not paid to the Plaintiff on May 27, 2014, the wage of 1,170,000 won that was paid to the Plaintiff on June 1, 2014, and the retirement allowance of 19,658,224 won, etc. may be acknowledged either as a dispute between the parties or as a whole by taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings as stated in the evidence No. 1.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of 22,128,224 won and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act from July 12, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day after the date of retirement of the Plaintiff.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
