1. The defendant's KRW 30,000,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from February 27, 2002 to September 13, 2005 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On February 27, 2002, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,00 to the Defendant on February 27, 2002, and there was a loan decision of Suwon District Court 2005Kadan59686 to return the objection, but did not receive the loan, thus, the Plaintiff sought a judgment for the extension of the prescription period of the claim under the above judgment.
