C. The background and content of the product license of this case (hereinafter “instant license”) 1) Korea Hegel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Hegel Co., Ltd.”) (hereinafter “Korea Hegel Co., Ltd.”) was established on March 23, 2013 by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, on the following grounds: (a) on June 10, 201, the product name of which was changed to “Teroman” upon the application for the instant license; (b) on the part of the product name of Korea Hegel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Hegel”) at the time of the application for the instant license; (c) however, on the part of June 10, 2011, the product name was changed to “Teromanta”; and (d) on the part of the foregoing product name, the product name was changed to “Teromanta”; and (d) on the part of the Korea Food and Drug Administration, the product name was abolished on March 23, 2013.
For this convenience, the Korea Food and Drug Administration or the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety are all referred to as the "Food and Drug Administration."
