1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 50,000,000 won with 15% interest per annum from November 30, 2017 to the day of full payment.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
The same shall apply to the order.
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. On August 4, 2016, the Plaintiff set KRW 50,000 to the Defendant as the due date for payment on March 4, 2017 and lent the amount of KRW 50,000 to the Defendant.
At the same time, there is no dispute between the parties on the fact that interest was paid KRW 2,00,000 per month.
B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 50,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 30, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
2. Conclusion
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
