임대차보증금 반환
1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from March 5, 2017 to November 17, 2017.
1. Indication of Claim: (a) on October 29, 2013, the Plaintiff leased a building 303 on the ground of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) from the Defendant with a lease deposit of KRW 32 million and ten (10) months, and paid the full amount of the lease deposit; and (b) on February 1, 2017, the term of the lease contract was renewed, and the Defendant notified the Defendant of the termination of the lease contract, and the Defendant also consented thereto.
On March 4, 2017, the Plaintiff delivered the above building to the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to recover the lease deposit.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
