1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 1, 2019 to April 2, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The loan principal of November 1, 2019 (where the principal is KRW 50 million, interest rate of KRW 50 million per annum (payment on January 1, 2020), interest rate of January 1, 2020, interest rate of January 1, 2020, and interest or delay damages sought by the Plaintiff in respect of the loan principal of November 1, 2019 (where interest is due on January 1, 2020, and interest is due, the agreed interest rate of 24% per annum, interest rate per annum, and interest or delay damages for which the Plaintiff seeks.
