1. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant)'s main claim against the defendant (Counterclaim plaintiff) F is dismissed.
2. Defendant G.
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendants 1) Defendant F is the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government I (hereinafter “J 2-dong”).
) and K (hereinafter referred to as “J 3 Dong”) and as a “each of the instant buildings” in combination with J 2 Dong
(2) L is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “N Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” from Jung-gu, Incheon to November 20, 2014. Defendant H is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the same trade name from November 26, 2014 to the same place, and Defendant G served as an intermediary assistant at the above N Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
B. The Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “instant office”) and the N Licensed Real Estate Agent Office on February 16, 2015 (hereinafter “instant office”).
(2) On April 24, 2015, Defendant G and J 3 Dong 403, a lease agreement was concluded between Defendant G and J 3 Dong 403 on the condition that the lease deposit amount is KRW 50 million, and the lease term is set from March 2, 2015 to March 1, 2017, and transferred KRW 2 million to the head of Tong under the name of Defendant G as the contract deposit amount on the same day. On March 2, 2015, Plaintiff B transferred the remainder of KRW 48 million to the head of Tong under the name of Defendant G and moved into the said real estate. (2) On April 24, 2015, Plaintiff B concluded the lease deposit amount with Defendant G who was the agent of Defendant F by the broker of Defendant G to the brokerage of Defendant G and deposited the said real estate in the account under the name of Defendant G from May 25, 2015 to May 17, 2015.

B On April 30, 2015, Defendant G paid 49,500,000 won as a check under the balance as a check, and received the said real estate on May 3, 2015.
3. On February 27, 2014, Plaintiff C, who was a proxy of Defendant G and J 202, at the instant office on February 27, 2014, was the lease deposit against Defendant G and J 2, 202.
