1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, each point of the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 shall be in sequence.
Reasons
1. On December 13, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the order of Paragraph (1) to the Defendant, with the lease deposit of KRW 500,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 300,000; and (c) the period of one year; (c) on the grounds that the contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent; (d) accordingly, the Plaintiff sought a payment for the delivery of the building and the delayed payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
