On September 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for eight months at the Gwangju District Court for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 25, 2015.

1. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send a book if you send money” by visiting the victim’s “E” page with a computer located in the location, after having access to the “E” camera, and having access to the victim’s “F” camera at KRW 25,000.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have a book, and there was no intention or ability to deliver the book even if he received money from the injured party because the Defendant did not have a certain occupation or income at the time and was thought to consume the money due to the lack of living expenses.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 25,00 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (H) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.

In addition, from September 23, 2015 to November 23, 2015, the Defendant corrected the “M” by ex officio since the Defendant’s home, etc., which was located in the instant “E” in the weather room or the Defendant’s house located in I at the time of credit, etc., as the Defendant’s book Nos. 22 of the indictment in attached Table I, inasmuch as it is a clerical error of “N”.

As stated in the above, it received a total of KRW 1,383,00 from 34 victims to transfer money in the above way as the price for goods.

2. On November 10, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send a book upon deposit of money to the victim,” posted by Internet Nuriber “J” page in EPC room located in D on November 10, 2015.

However, there was no intention or ability to send the books, even if the defendant did not have the above books, received money from the injured party as the proceeds of sale.
