The part on violation of Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information.

On September 2017, the Defendant was aware that D and the victim frequently grow for the purpose of joint childcare, and that D sent inappropriate text messages expressing the victim’s identification, and that D and the victim’s relationship were doubtful.

At around 17:40 on November 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found the said Chigh School parking lot to confirm the relationship between D and the victim; and (b) moved the victim who was waiting for the victim to a “G” restaurant parking lot located in F at the City of Gu Government by driving his own car.

The Defendant tried to go away from the car driving seat in order for the victim to get out of the car driving seat while dividing the conversation with the victim in the above parking lot. In order to restrain this, the Defendant committed assault to the victim by preventing the victim from getting out of the knee kne kne sel feled by the victim, and by inducing the victim to get out of the above car, and by inducing the victim to take out the key of the vehicle which the victim was in a kne knife in order to let the knife knife the knife knife in order to get out of the car, and thereby, suffered injury, such as the knife knife knife knife and tension.

B.
