가등기말소
1. All of the lawsuits of this case shall be dismissed.
2. Of the litigation costs, the case Nos. 1 through 5 is related to the annexed case list No. 5.
1. We examine, ex officio, whether each lawsuit listed in the separate sheet in the separate sheet is legitimate or not.
Each of the lawsuits in this case was brought by A or B in the name of the plaintiff, and it is obvious that A or B has no title to represent the plaintiff.
Therefore, each lawsuit of this case is unlawful as it is filed by a person who has no power of attorney.
2. Wherefore, each lawsuit listed in the separate sheet is unlawful and its defects cannot be corrected, so it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench without holding any pleadings pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act.
